This privacy policy describes how Kubo Money (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated from Pereira, Colombia, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit kubomoney.com. We designed the site so you can use every calculator and guide without registering, logging in, or submitting personal information.

The only time you actively send us information is when you email us (for example, at contact@kubomoney.com). In that case we retain your email address and the contents of the message for as long as we need to respond and keep a record of the exchange.

Calculator Inputs

All calculations run in your browser. Numbers you enter into a calculator (income, loan amount, interest rate, etc.) are never transmitted to our servers and are discarded as soon as you close the page.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the site, our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect:

  • IP address (truncated / anonymised where possible)
  • Browser type, operating system, and device category
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and referring URL
  • Approximate geographic location (country and region, not street address)

Data Retention

  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for up to 14 months, then automatically deleted
  • Advertising identifiers: retained according to Google's AdSense policies
  • Email correspondence: retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required (e.g., legal dispute)
  • Calculator inputs: never retained — they exist only in your browser

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share limited data with the service providers that run the site: Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (measurement), and Google AdSense (advertising). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kubo Money or others.

International Transfers

We are based in Colombia. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Children's Privacy

Kubo Money is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
